4. Food Safety and Quality

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all food items listed on our platform comply with local food safety regulations and are of acceptable quality for consumption.

Buyers acknowledge that they are purchasing food items that may be approaching their best-before dates or have been marked for clearance. Buyers are responsible for checking the quality of food upon receipt and storing it appropriately.

5. Payments and Fees

Nosh Network uses secure payment processing services to handle transactions. We may charge service fees for facilitating transactions between Buyers and Sellers. All fees will be clearly displayed before checkout.

Sellers will receive payment for their products minus applicable service fees. Payment processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institutions involved.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nosh Network and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nosh Network, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
